Monday, July 31st, 2006Catastro plans filed for 30 Lots. First sale settles with transfer of clear title Lot #2. Dug well and installed pump. Guard house and entry gate completed. Lot marker for lots 25 thru 45 in place.

Friday, June 30th, 2006Road cut for pool, rancho (recreational building) and 20 villas. Gravel road in place for 25 lots. First sale settles with transfer of clear title Lot #2. On going site clean-up.

Wednesday, May 31st, 2006Surveyor lays out 25 lots. Road cut for 25 lots. Razed farm house. Removed scrub growth. Lot markers in place.
