The water is on! Also, construction of a home has been completed on Lot 6.

Negotiations over water service lead to an agreement with local Parrita officials. We will donate a pump which will serve the adjoining neighborhood as well as Ranchos Las Lomas. We are close to getting our water supply! We have set up a sales center under the rancho, anchored by Patrick King, an experienced real estate professional who has lived in the area for 15 years.

Bridge construction continues. Lot sales continue in all sections. Electric system now nearing completion. Individual co-ownership lots made available at Villa Las Lomas section from $21,500 to $27,500. These smaller home sites located near the pool and rancho are suitable for future villa construction. Villa rental program being developed.

Commence construction of bridge to Vista Mar section of Ranchos Las Lomas. Homesite purchasers submitted plans for home construction. Model Villa under contract by “Fishing Fools”. Lot sales continue to settle with recorded clear title transfers of ownership. Electric contractor delayed by transformers not delivered to site as scheduled.

Continued lot improvements and some additional gravel road work. Re-negoitated with ICE for electric distribution system. Provided more landscaping for the pool and rancho recreational areas. Bridge to Vista Mar planned and materials assembled.

Final approval for electric transformers received from ICE. Contract executed for installation of transformers.
