Friday, August 31st, 2007Negotiations over water service lead to an agreement with local Parrita officials. We will donate a pump which will serve the adjoining neighborhood as well as Ranchos Las Lomas. We are close to getting our water supply! We have set up a sales center under the rancho, anchored by Patrick King, an experienced real estate professional who has lived in the area for 15 years.
